A different kind of practice space.

Home of OM was created as a space to step away from the hectic pace and noise of daily life for a while.

Tucked away among the trees in Clarksville, the shala offers a quieter environment to move, breathe, focus, and reconnect through practice.

The approach is grounded, accessible, and rooted in the understanding that yoga supports more than physical health alone. Over time, the practice begins to shape not only how you move, but how you meet the rest of your life as well.

Whether someone is completely new to yoga or returning to practice with deeper intention, the goal is the same: to build steadiness, clarity, awareness, and a greater sense of ease both on and off the mat.

Meet Your Teacher

Justin’s path into yoga began through the physical practice itself — first as a way to build strength, relieve stress, and find a greater sense of balance during difficult periods of life.

After serving as a combat medic in Iraq and later working through years of anxiety, restlessness, and inner conflict, the practice gradually became something deeper. Through consistent practice and study, he began to better understand the nature of the mind, the patterns that create suffering, and the possibility of meeting life with greater awareness and steadiness.

Over time, yoga became less about poses alone and more about attention, self-understanding, self-mastery, and the deeper freedom that grows through practice.

His teaching blends breath-centered movement, nervous system regulation, meditation, and practical yogic philosophy in a way that remains grounded, approachable, and accessible to everyday life.

Today, Home of OM exists as a space where others can begin and deepen that same journey through practice.
