Justin is an Army veteran who came to yoga when pushing through wasn’t working anymore. Not more intensity. Not another way to try and fix things. Something had to change.
He found yoga and began practicing. Over time, it became something steady. A way to work with the body and the mind instead of being pulled by them. And little by little, things began to shift.
That’s what he shares here. A steady, grounded practice for anyone who feels stuck, tense, or pulled in too many directions and is looking for a different way forward.
