At Ease

Slow down. Release tension. Unwind.

At Ease is a slower, supportive practice that blends mobility, yin, and restorative work to help release tension, move with less strain, and settle the body and mind.

You’ll move through gentle, deliberate shapes, longer holds, and supported positions that give the body time to soften. The pace is unhurried, with plenty of room to breathe, unwind, and leave feeling more at ease.

What At Ease Supports

Less tension. Easier movement. A quieter mind.

Release Tension

Use slower movement and longer holds to ease unnecessary tension and give tight areas more time to soften.

Move More Freely

Use mobility work and supportive shapes to improve range of motion and help everyday movement feel less restricted.

Quiet the Mind

Use the slower pace and steady breath to quiet mental noise and bring your attention back to the present.

At Ease is gentle without being passive. The practice asks for patience more than intensity—enough effort to create change without forcing the body or rushing past what you notice.

What the Practice Feels Like

At Ease spends more time close to the floor, using mobility work, longer-held yin shapes, and supported restorative positions. Props may be used to make a shape more comfortable and reduce unnecessary effort.

There is less emphasis on moving through a sequence and more time to stay, breathe, and notice how the body responds. Some parts of the class involve gentle movement; others give you time to be still and gradually soften.

Is At Ease Right for You?

At Ease is a good fit if you want a slower practice with more time for mobility, longer holds, supported positions, and stillness. It works well on days when you want to move without pushing or simply need a quieter pace.

If you want more continuous movement while still having time to breathe and work with control, Slow Flow may be the better fit.

A Place to Slow Down

You don’t need to arrive relaxed, flexible, or free of tension. Come as you are. At Ease gives you an hour to step out of the usual pace of the day and work with what’s there.
